1. What is the shipping cost?
For orders under $99, the standard shipping fee is $6.99.
Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping.

2. How can I track my order?
We’ve made it super easy! You can click here to check the status of your order anytime.

3. How do I return an item?
Please refer to our Return Policy.
We do not accept returns for items that have been used or damaged due to human causes.

4. How do I use a coupon code?
Lucky you! To use your coupon, simply add your favorite items to your cart and begin the checkout process.
There will be a box to enter your code — then click “Apply.”
Please note that only one promo code can be used per order, and coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases.

5. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or missing items?
Please refer to our Return Policy.
We do not accept returns for items that have been used or man-made damaged.
You must contact us at support@driposhop.com within 3 business days of receiving your order to report any damage or missing items.
Please keep the original box and packaging materials so we can file a claim with the carrier.
In some cases, we may ask for your assistance in confirming what happened.
We truly appreciate your patience and cooperation during this process.

6. What if an item is out of stock?
In the rare case that you haven’t received your product within 10 days, please contact support@driposhop.com, and we’ll handle it right away.

7. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal.

8. Why haven’t I received a tracking number even though I’ve paid?
We usually ship orders within 2 business days, and delivery takes 14–28 days.
This does not include the time it takes for your payment to reach our account — usually within 10 minutes, though in rare cases it may take a few days depending on the payment platform.

Out-of-stock items will be shipped automatically once inventory is replenished.
