Color & Image Disclaimer:
Actual product colors may vary slightly from website images due to screen settings, lighting, or production batches. For non-defective items, customers are responsible for return shipping if the issue is due to color or finish preferences.

How to return an item:

  1. Email us at support@driposhop.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return

  2. Our team will respond within 48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and return address

  3. Follow the RMA instructions to return your item and provide a tracking number or return receipt

  4. Once we receive your item, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 48 hours

Return Shipping:

  • Customers usually cover return shipping fees
